We're old fashioned and like to talk to our guests when they make reservations to stay with us.
Reservations require a check or credit card deposit in the amount of the first night lodging to guarantee the reservation. If a deposit is not received within five days from the date of booking, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.
When you click on the "Submit" button, this does not actually make a reservation immediately. We need to review our openings and we may need to contact you before a "request" can be changed into a confirmed reservation.

Cancellations must be made 72 hours before any night's check-in time. Shortening a stay after arrival, the guest's responsibility shall remain for the rooms originally reserved unless those rooms are rebooked to others. Accounting for any amounts owed shall be made as of the originally scheduled date of checkout.
